There are two types of signs available for rent:

The Department also has window clings available to help businesses indicate that their establishment is both smoke and vape-free.

Ask about receiving one of these clings at no cost!

Note: The Nebraska Clean Indoor Air Act of 2008 required indoor workplaces in Nebraska to be smoke-free as of June 1, 2009. The law was expanded to include electronic smoking devices, which went into effect on November 14, 2020. Electronic smoking devices and “vapes” are terms used interchangeably, but both are covered under this act.
