NEW Tips® Campaign Resources for Asian American Audiences

CDC has developed new in-language resources for Asian American audiences-fact sheets in Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean languages. Based on the Tips From Former Smokers®Quit Guide, these fact sheets offer support to help smokers understand reasons for quitting smoking, create a solid quit plan, and manage cravings. All of these fact sheets are located on the Asian American Groups page in the Quitting Resources section (located at the bottom of the page). In addition to these fact sheets, free help is available through the Asian Smokers’ Quitline (ASQ) in the following languages:

  • Mandarin and Cantonese: 1-800-838-8917
  • Korean: 1-800-556-5564
  • Vietnamese: 1-800-778-8440

The Tips From Former Smokers® campaign offers statistics and quitting resources for specific groups that are affected by smoking. For more information, please check out our Specific Groups page.
